White Wine
1. Pedra Do Cribo Albariño 2017 Spain £22.00
Currently our House White. Features the hero grape of Spain’s Rías Baixas region, grown
on steep granite soils for added zip. Enjoy an intense, elegant and lime-fresh white.
4. Danaris Grüner Veltiner 2020 Austria £26.00
First this great Austrian cellar, Winzer Krems, brings you its dazzling, citrus spiced
Grüner Veltliner.
8. Domaine Gadais La Grande Réserve Du Moulin 2020 France £29.00
Christophe Gadais cut his teeth in Sancerre, mastering vibrant, mineral laced whites. Since moving back to the family domaine, he’s turned his hand to “ripe, rich and intense” (Wine International) sur lie Muscadet. His top cuvée is dazzlingly crisp.
14. Vincent Grall Sancerre 2017 Loire Valley, France £42.00
Sancerre Blanc, fresh and fruity, with the frank aromas of Sauvignon and light taste of flint.
A mineral wine vinified in tanks.
16. Bourgogne Côte D'or Chardonnay Pernot Belicard 2018 France £56.00
Good French White Wine – no one does it better than they do. 2018 by Pernot Belicard is a great way to discover the classic style of white Burgundy.
Red Wine
19. Averys Fine Côtes du Rhône 2020 France £28.00
Our Current House Red. Using the expertise of the fourth generation Martin family and
vineyards in premium Plan de Dieu, this is a rich Côtes du Rhône. Specially selected for
Averys, it has generous ripe raspberry Grenache fruit, with the peppery blackberry hints
of Syrah.
20. Domaine Du Mas Farchat 2019 France £32.00
A dark, rich red from a cru area of the Languedoc. It's from a 4th generation grower, who started winemaking in her garage and is set for stardom. Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, it's ripe, spicy, yet fresh.
21. Averys Fine Red Burgundy 2017 France £42.00
Our Fine Red Burgundy 2017 is made by Vincent Prunier. It's a big favourite with Mimi Avery: "Classic crunchy cherry aroma. Lovely juicy fruit overlaying silky tannins - delicious flavours, plus good body and weight - not entry level at all.”
24. Château Haut-Fonrazade 2008 France £58.00
A rare treat to enjoy an elegantly mature, Grand Cru Saint-Emilion claret. It’s from the fine 2008 vintage that enjoyed an Indian summer, boosting ripeness just before harvest. Poised with silky structure and savoury notes from 14 years’ age.
25. Trapiche Terroir Series Finca Orellana Malbec 2017 Argentina £60.00
Silky, elegant; grippy tannins structuring dense black fruit and oak. Trapiche sets the trend for quality Malbec with their Single Vineyard series, every vintage selecting three top growers and honouring them with a special bottling.
26. Domaine Jean-Jacques Girard Chorey-Lès-Beaune 2011 France £62.00
Floral, earthy Pinot Noir made by family winemakers in one of Burgundy’s oldest domains. Enjoy alongside game birds, goose and duck dishes.
Rosé Wine
32. Château Peyrol Rosé 2020 France £32.00
We’re always on the lookout for new finds as the popularity of fine Provence rosé soars. Here's a real gem from a tiny, family run vineyard where hand harvesting is key to ensuring only the best grapes are used. So berry fresh and elegantly citrusy.
34. Domaine De Paris Côtes De Provence Rosé 2020 France £34.00
So delicious solo and versatile with food, this elegant Provence pink is a must all year round. It comes from the Brun family’s estate that’s a century old and prides itself on its old vines. A rosé packed with crisp berry fruit and spice.
Sparkling Wine
36. Averys Signature Prosecco NV Italy £27.00
Made exclusively for us by 5th generation Prosecco enthusiasts, this elegant, soft fizz is perfect
for any occasion. Italy’s prized Glera grape is the citrusy star of this cuvée, with roundness
added by a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Grigio.
Champagne
Averys Special Cuvée Brut Champagne NV France £41.00
Moët & Chandon France £54.00
Pol Roger France £60.00
